Product Descpription:
We manufacture and trade asphalt bags, our brand or trade mark is EZ Peel. The bags are designed for filling hot bitumen grade 60/70 and 80/100; our bags will replace filling bitumen into steel drums.
The EZ Peel Bags Products have been penetrated Indonesian market for 2 years. We supply asphalt bags for government refinery, Pertamina, Encona, Pakarti, Caltex, Chevron, Shell, Esso, and National Refinery Ltd, Pakistan.
EZ Peel Asphalt Bags are designed to be used with our Asphalt Filling Unit, Asphalt Filling Lines which have high output from 60 MT/Day to 360 MT/Day.
Below are the special features and advantages of EZ Peel Asphalt Bags:
A). Available in 25, 50, and 200 Kgs.
B). 3 layers with absolutely 100% leak free.
C). Stack ability up to 20 stacks on vessel and truck.
D). Bag can be filled with hot asphalt from 120 to 140 Celsius.
E). Storage can be outdoor and indoor.
F). Asphalt in EZ Peel Asphalt Bag can be any quantity and can be delivered by any mean such as by hand carry, bicycle, car, truck and, wooden vessels to modern steel vessel.
G). Price of packaging per ton is down by 50% from steel drum packaging.
H). No foreign object in AMP. So, the AMP will be operated with clean filter without jam, as only pure asphalt will be put inside AMP.
I). Asphalt will be taken out from the bag and no asphalt sticky left over in the bag. So, customer gets 100% of asphalt from the bag. No waste left over.
J). Low investment, we can assist you with the filling machine with as low as $5,000 for 40 tons/day and we can provide the filling machine with large quantity purchase.
K). The end users (AMP) also experience energy saving from our bag more than 40%. The asphalt is in small lump from the package and it is fast to melt therefore there is an energy saving.
